Grandmaster Wu Shi Jun is a famous Chinese martial artist, and a well known nationalwide Wushu Coach and Judge. Old Eight Palms of Bagua Zhang

Old Eight Palms (Basic Eight Palms) was originated by Dong Haichuang of Qing Dynasty and imparted by mater Li Ziming. As the fundamental of Bagua Zhang, it is practiced along a circle consisted with eight steps which stand for the eight diagrams set by ancestor Fu and Xi. They are Qian, Kun, Ji, Li, Zhen, Kan, Xun and Dui. When the Old Eight Palms performed by Wu Shijun, its movements are of primitive style, the elegance of floating cloud and flowing water and the coordination of the body, hands and feet.

Interlinked Eight Palms is the advanced routine of Bagua Zhang and the extension of Basic Eight Palms. Eight Diagrams Palm - Eight Styles and Eight Palms

The basic route of Ba Gua Zhang (Eight Diagrams Palm) includes 'Old Eight Palms', then 'Interlinked Eight Palms'. 'Eight Styles and Eight Palms' is one of them. It takes the shape of eight animals, containing swallow, eagle, bear, monkey, dragon, snake, tiger and horse. Hua Tan Palm

Hua Tan palm used to be the routine of Taoist wushu, which belongs to Long Quan style. The main hand form is palm, which needs unfold, light and smart, clear and rapid.
