Grandmaster Wang Haizhou

Grandmaster Wang Haizhou, the 15th generation inheritor of Zhaobao Tai Chi Chuan (or Taiji Quan), and one of the 100 most famous wushu masters in China, is the general coach of Yongnian International Taiji Quan Institute, and Vice President and general coach of Wengxian Zhaobao-style Taiji Quan Association. He is also a consultant of the Research Institute of Wudang. He also published many videos, dvds about Zhaobao-style Taiji Quan.

Demonstrated and Explained by Grandmaster Wang Haizhou, the 15th generation inheritor of Zhaobao Tai Chi Chuan (or Taiji Quan), and one of the 100 most famous wushu masters in China.
Zhaobao Taiji Quan consists of 108 movements. The external and internal three integrations are the basic requirements to practice it. The external three integrations means that hands should be integrated with feet, elbows with knees and waists with hips. The internal three integrations include the integration of mind with intention, Qi (internal energy) with force, and posture with bones. While practicing, your hands, feet and body should cooperate well and move smoothly so that they can generate the force as a whole. Each movement should be performed clearly and distinctly.

Zhaobao Taiji Sword & Sabre (or Chinese Broadsword)

Zhaobao Tai Chi Sword has 57 interconnected circular movements in which the sword is driven by the movement of body, feet and hands. Zhao Bao Taiji Broadsword consists of 20 movements. When you slice forward you should pay attention to attacks from behind, blocking both left and right. Broadsword develops flexibility, is easy to carry and suitable for people of different ages. This program is explained by Wang Haizhou & demonstrated by his son, Wang Changqing.

Zhao Bao Taiji Sanshou (Free Sparring) has 128 movements with 67 techniques. It has distinct attacking and defensive movements. Zhaobao Taiji Sanshou is powerful & practical, and enjoys high popularity among martial arts lovers.
