Taichi Rushing and Sudden Agile Energy Releasing Chuan (Tengnuo Huling Taiji Quan in Chinese) is an ancient shadowboxing popular in Wen county, Henan province. It features everywhere in circle, use of trangile and lever theory, where acuponit is also being used for blocking oppenent's energy, and therefore the actual combat effect is unbelivabley high. People also call this taichi Quan as Taiji Shen (superpowerful) Quan.

This series of dvd is demonstrated by Master Yuan Zhanguo, who is the 4th generation master of Nengnuo Huling Taiji Quan, and the 11th Generation Disciple of Chen Style Taji Quan, who won the title of Heavyweight Championship of the 1st Taiji Quan Fight-hand-to-hand Challenge Tournament Held in 1984.
