Huang Feihong Nan Quan (or Southern Boxing) Kungfu Series

Huang Feihong is a famous Nan Quan martial artist at the end Qing Dynasty in China. Due to his powerful Nan Quan (Southern Boxing), his boxing has been named as Fei Hong Quan or Hong Quan. We here offer a series of Feihong boxing dvds featured with Chen nian'en, who is the Chief Coach of the Wushu National Team of Brunei, Chief Coach of the Huang Feihong Wushu Gymnasium, the 4th Successor of Hunag Feihong Wushu. Routine I of Feihong Quan

The First Routine of Feihong Quan is a basic boxing that passed down by Huang Feihong. Its specialty is one form with more hand, change you hand many times in one step, many short skills. Hand techniques include boxing, claw, hook, and kinds of elbow, bridge. 'Bridge Techniques' is a special hand posture used in Nanquan (or Southern Boxing), which formed by straight or bow arm, to fold, coil, cut, such methods for attach and defend. This basic boxing uses sound and aspirate to add strength, to help boxing potential, called 'cry out then cloud and wind change their colors, use boxing then mountain collapse'.

Yongchun Quan

Yong Chun Quan is a typical routine of Nanquan in China. The famous star of acrobatic combat, Li Xiaolong ( Brace Lee) learned Yong Chun Quan in a systematic way. The main hand forms are Phoenix's-Eye Fist, Willow-leaf Palm. The hand techniques emphasis on the thrusting hand, uppercut hand, cleaving row hand, sinking bridge, touching-hit, etc. The footwork includes Four-level Horse Stance, Three-word Horse Stance, Chasing-horse Stance, Kneeling-horse Stance and Single-standing Stance and so on. It consists of movements with changeful forms, it is one kind of practical combat boxing for short distance.

Feihong Double Armguard Broadsword

Huang Feihong is a representative great Hongquan master at the end period Qing Dynasty. He passed down numerous boxing and weapon routines. The routine of double broadswords is a typical set in the southern school weapons.
